You and/or your team have to do some event organising as part of your job but are not event experts? We are here to help! We also offer event planning and management upskilling services.
Whether virtual or in person, we can work with you to build some key event planning skills and techniques that can be implemented in your work. The trainings are tailor-made for your specific situation in order to be as practical and as helpful for your situation as possible.

Event Consulting Services
This is our full-scope event planning and management service. It can include everything from:
Conceptual design and plan for the event - suitable dates, format, storytelling, theme
Overall project management - timeline, progress follow-up, budget management, invoicing
Venue search, selection and management
Suppliers and additional services search, selection and management - audiovisual services, catering, translation, photography, animations, entertainment, etc.
Decoration & Event materials - flowers, branding and marketing materials, badges, etc.
Participant management - invitations, follow-ups, responding to queries and requests, providing information and support
On-site event management - running the event on the day, accompanying build-up before the event and tear-down after
Event follow-up - participant feedback survey, reporting, recommendations for future editions
This service also incorporates regular touch points with the client, briefing and debriefing meetings, as well as on-going support throughout the project.
Event Planning Trainings
This is our partial event planning and/or management service. We know that sometimes clients need support with specific elements only and prefer to handle the rest themselves - we can support with any of the services listed in the 'A to Z' Event Management section above (or a combination thereof).
This service also incorporates on-going client support. The format and frequency will be defined together with the client depending on the needs of the project.
